Eligibility:
#GotItAtCurrents Hashtag Photo Contest Sweepstakes is open only to residents of Edmonton (and surrounding area +100km) who are at least 18 years of age as of April 12, 2021. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations and is void outside Alberta and where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualification of winner. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the
Sweepstakes.
Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Harvard Property Management – A Division of Harvard Developments Inc. The Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to Instagram. Any questions, comments or complaints regarding this Sweepstakes shall be directed to Sponsor and not Instagram.
Timing:
The Contest begins Monday, April 12 at 8:00am CST and ends on Sunday, June 13 2021 at 11:59pm CST (“Promotion Period”).
How to Enter:
Via Instagram: During the Sweepstakes Period, upload one (1) photo of your purchase or service from a Currents of Widnermere retailer to Instagram or Facebook using the unique hashtag #GotItAtCurrents. All online entries must be posted or received by 11:59pm PST on June 13, 2021. To enter via Instagram your account must be marked as “public” (“Account”). Accounts are free. Instagram’s Terms of Use apply. Message and data rates may apply. By uploading your Submission, you agree that your Submission conforms to the Photo Guidelines and Content Restrictions as defined below (collectively, the “Guidelines and Restrictions”) and that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may disqualify you from the Sweepstakes if it believes that your Submission fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the Instagram Account used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. Each potential winner may be required to show proof of being an authorized Account holder.
Drawing:
The administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winner is final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winner from all eligible entries received at each event during the Promotion Period. The potential winner will be contacted through Instagram (dependent on entry method). Winners have 48 hours from notification to claim prize. Prizes unclaimed after 48 hours will be forfeited. Receiving a prize is contingent upon compliance with these Official Rules. In the event that a potential Sweepstakes Prize winner is disqualified for any reason, the prize will be forfeited. A list of winners may be obtained by sending an email to info@currents.ca following the conclusion of the Entry Period.
Contest Prizes:
One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize winner will receive one (1) $500 Currents of Windermere Shopping Spree comprised of gift cards of various denominations to Currents of Windermere retailers. The Total ARV of all prizes: $500
The Prizes:
Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Release: By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.
