I release and hold harmless Currents of Windermere, its staff, partners, and affiliates from any liability, claims, or damages arising from my participation. I agree to follow all instructions provided during my scheduled time. I confirm that I am in suitable condition to participate and will follow all safety guidelines.

I confirm that I will attend at the selected time and will remain for the full 15-minute session. I understand that late arrival may result in a shortened experience or forfeiture of my time slot, except in the case of emergencies.
